Got there at 12noon and they have no prepared refill for chowmein- was asked to wait for 10 mins and we waited?. But the... chowmein was not cooked properly? it was not good at all? also broccoli was not also cooked well ( staff gave little of thefood) 1 piece beef and all broccolli.! Omg! Miss Fatima has a problem right when i came in she was giving me ugly looks look mam i dont know you just here to get my food... she greets everyone else nicely and when I its my turn to order she start ignoring me I am calmly waiting patiently and startstalking to me all rude for no reason so I just paid even thow she messed up my order gave me something I didn't want but I justdidn't say anything being shocked how she can be working for panda company all the other girls where sweet shouldn't be havingpeople like Fatima to be working for your company neeed to show better roll better customer service sad to say I wouldn't wantthere service again Read more
ew. quantity was very less. they made us wait for 45 mins and didn't give us our food.
So I ask for a plate, and they barely gave me any fried rice, like literally half if I ordered a bowl.i tried to say something... and they just looked at me.i order the kids meal for my daughter and they don't give me her side. I ask for it and they saythey're out of it. They were going to have me leave without even letting me know I'm paying for less. COVID update: they have tables set up outside on the sidewalk and a partitioned part of the street. Pastas are still good... though no specials of the day anymore (understandable). Got a mai tai and mojito, both of which were good. Not a huge fan ofthe fries but that's just a personal preference (they were the thick cut and I prefer thin). Read more

Place has poorly cooked food. I work next door and everytime I order here the rice is crunch and the greens are soggy. You look... up and the employees are all gross, and Joking around. That's not ok. Also one time a guy said he mixed up the dish soap with ehdegreaser and they just laughed it off. Hahaha what a chill, fun, interactive environment!!
