The cheezee garlic bread is good, but the pizza, salad, wings, are just ok. Even the sauces are all pre-packaged.
I recently moved to Santa Clarita and tried pizza guys for the first time about 2 months ago and ever since it is the only pizza... my kids and I eat. The pizza is delicious, the staff is so nice and so friendly, they are fast, they never get an order wrong. My children have autism and are very picky eaters so my orders are very specific. Great pizza! They had some flyers for these garlic roles which we got. Definitely go for it if you like garlic bread, because... these are just like garlic bread WITH CHEESE! There are eight but by the time I reached for the phone, six of them were gonelol It is a family-run business. Very nice lady at the register who was the owner. She was very helpful and patient enough toexplain and give details of each pizza they have. They don?t have place to dine in but there are couple tables outside if youwant to sit. Was good, now is lackluster. We really enjoyed Pizza Guys when they opened. Since then, the experience has gotten progressively... worse. Incorrect orders, clunky online ordering and unauthorized card charges are only part of the issue. I can't recommendPizza Guys anymore, 6 months ago it would have been a different story. Read more
They were supposed to give me 2 free pizzas because a previous order of 4 pizzas was bone dry, absolutely no sauce. The next... time I came in they said they couldn't give me the free pizzas because I ordered from a different phone number and if I orderedwith my old phone number I could get them. So today I ordered through my old phone number, 4 pizzas, two of which were supposedto be free. At first they said they could only give me one pizza free per order (mind you...the pizzas were never free, they hadbeen messed up). So, reluctantly they gave me both free pizzas and I paid for two others. I expressly asked them to make surethey put enough sauce. The owner took my order and said she would. When I picked up the pizza their staff and owners were verynasty (I don't understand why...I was kind to them throughout our interactions, including today) When I got home the pizzas werebone dry once again, evidently this was done intentionally. This was completely unnecessary, if you don't want customers toreturn that could have been said and I would have gone to spend my money elsewhere. I called and spoke to the owner who saidthat she made my pizzas and put alot of sauce on them (A complete lie...you couldn't even see the sauce on the pizza. PizzaGuys, if you are doing that bad financially that you can't afford to put sauce on pizza then it's time for you to close yourdoors. $52 for small cheese and a XL meats. The xl wasn't exactly XL, which supposedly could feed 5-6 people. And for being a MEATS... pizza, more meat could have been added. Pizza was actually good but over priced. ???????? Read more
The amount of food and the quality of the food was very good we were kind of disappointed that there was nowhere to sit inside... but we found the table outside the owners were very nice to us. Would recommend. Read more
