Ordered a pollo bowl. And they didn?t give me any pollo. :(
We always order the same thing each time 4 pc half chicken with 2 sides, both mashed potato NO GRAVY plus an oder of chips and... salsa. We always get the wrong order! Mashed potato was with gravy only 1 tortilla & the latest which was today, No chips andsalsa though we paid for it. There was a long line at the drive through & we were already tired & hungry when we got home thatwe didn't bother going back to ask for the missing item in our order. Once we arrived around 9:30pm, they close at 10pm. A ladystaff member was on her cellphone while putting cones on the drive through entrance. We asked why they were closing early butshe just ignored us & continued her phone conversation. This is the nearest branch to our house, had the there been another oneclose by, we wouldn't go to this branch on COPPERHILL. When will they get our order right? It's not even a complicated one &that makes it even worse. Hopefully, management does something about this. Read more
Ordered a double chicken bowl I had a about a chicken wing worth of chicken in my bowl, ridiculous. Lost my business
There is always only one person running around doing drive thru and making the food, seems like there is barely anyone to help... him. I don?t understand why this location doesn?t have any employees, seems the hiring manager doesn?t care abt their employees& overworks the few that they have. Very unprofessional, no wonder drive thru takes so long, they never wanna hire decentemployees and only have one person doing everything! Looked like the employee was exhausted, didn?t even have any help. Whoeverthe hiring or district manager is does not care abt their job. Place should either be shut down or hire more people. Just an ok location. They get our order wrong often. Our last time - we got completely different items than I ordered including... a quesadilla with no cheese, which was interesting. Read more
By far the slowest drive thru I?ve ever experienced! The food is a hit and miss, mostly a miss. Like tonight?.double chicken... tostada?.barely any chicken and dried up. Barely any rice and beans. Nearly nonexistent! I?m so done with this place!DISAPPOINTING! Read more
Not sure why the reviews are so low. I got dinner here today (a pollo fit bowl) and my experience was as fine as one could... expect from a fast food place. The service was quick and friendly, the bowl was tasty, and the table was clean. Read more
Great food, and close to the grandkids' soccer games. So great for lunch in between games for us.
