Probably the worst Popeyes in the area. They open late as possible, probably even close as early as possible (they open an hour... later than the actual time posted). I remember seeing a couple customers being sent out despite opening time and the manager oran employee locked the door even though the hours says it was open so more customers wouldn?t come inside. Soda machine doesn?twork half the times I?ve been in there, and overall it seems like the workers don?t even want to be there. It?s been on thedowntrend since it opened. At one point I remember a pot smoker was the manager lol, one day high on the job as a cashier andthe next day as a manager. I don?t know what goes down or what?s the deal with this Popeyes location but I could just tell itsinside corporate-manager-employee politics is just a mess. I?m giving this a 1 star bc all the girls there just stand around and talk and do nothing. They didn?t even bother to help me i... had to try and get their attention multiple times when they definitely saw me. Food is fine. Only complaint here is the girlsconstantly talking instead of helping customers. They should hire better employees who actually wanna work. Read more

They've been ruining the food or getting the orders wrong about 85% of the time. (minimum). Chicken smelt burnt and was a... complete turn off. Just thru it away. Hope this isn't franchised because whoever owns this location is gonna run out ofcustomers. Lost me today after many chances. Read more

Worst Popeyes ever, customer service sucks, I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal with 1 side no biscuits and it took over 40... minutes. The store was Smokey and smelled burnt causing my head to hurt and including the god awful long wait I don?t even wantmy food now that I have it. Save your money just don?t come here. Read more

This is by far the worst Popeyes location. Allow me to clarify, the food is great, it?s like every other Popeyes, they all... follow the same recipes. The problem with this location is the service, me saying that they are slow is an understatement. Ihave never waited this long at any other location. Seriously, I am writing this while waiting in the drive thru line for an apporder. ?Why don?t you just go in?? you say. Well it?s because the lobby is closed due to short staffing, which seems to be aregular problem, SERIOUSLY! Called and asked if they could just hand me my food that I assumed would be ready for me when Iarrived but no, they will not. I asked if I could cancel the order and was told that would have to be done in the app, but thereis no way to cancel, so I am forced to wait. I haven?t even begun to tell you about past experiences. Ok, usually Every fast food chain has it's mishaps which is I expect but on my last visit to Popeyes off the 14 freeway was a... total disappointment! I ordered the new fried shrimp that comes in 6 pieces. The are advertised as golden plump shrimp. What Ireceived were 3 full burned shrimp and 3 half burned shrimp. Ordered a 16 piece family meal and they refused to give me even ONE complimentary dipping sauce for a $50 order. She said well... you didn?t order a meal that comes with it. So if I had spent $10 on the applicable meal I would have gotten sauce. How twistedis that. I refuse to pay the 25 cents out of protest.
