Small, private, comforting, humble, and a "home" atmosphere. The red wines are really very great. The white port was different.... I absolutely would recommend stopping in. 7 tasting for the price is amazing; the cheese board was very good. It pairedextremely well. The hospitality is great. We had great service. Read more

I was there a few years ago when I used to drink. I was never miss treated every one very down to earth. I used to take my dog... and would play with their dogs. They always made me and my family welcomed. I understand it’s hard to deal with costumers andI’m sure not everyone has the same experience however I recommend the experience. Read more

I loved the view, the entry through the vineyard is amazing. We tasted 7 wines and I can tell that half of them were great... expression of the territory and climate of Southern California. It is hard to not leave with at least a couple bottles after thetasting. They have a very wide selection and vintages. I need to understand a little more about the wines. When you get the winepoured, it doesn't come with a description of the flavors or the variety, they have a book and you can ask for it if you want toknow more or just ask the staff. Staff is ready to help and very nice and accomodating. If you just want to go there and enjoythe day with food and wine, this is perfect! To taste the wines, you must purchase the food. The tasting cup is the problem. With this shape, you can only taste the flavor of the wine, leaving outside the shades of the color and the perfume of the wine.I would try to find a cup that has the shape of a wine tumbler. It is totaly possible. However, you can purchase the proper wineglass and take it with you as a souvenir. I would make this a must, adding it to the tasting experience without giving theplastic cup. I kind of regret I didn't buy it but I will be back for sure! Read more

Due to social distancing, everyone has to sit outside. The view/property is pretty nice as it is surrounded by vineyards. They... did a nice job with providing shade/cover and distancing the tables. We had already ate but the food looked good. The wine washit or miss but for the hits, we really like both of their cab savs and sav blanc. Got a few bottles of each of those and it isreasonably priced. The servers were very friendly, we will go again to eat. Would recommend. Read more

They put on a great wine and food festival! The winery is beautiful, it would be a lovely setting for a wedding or just for you... to enjoy a bottle of wine and enjoy the view of the vineyards and mountains. Read more

Nice little tasting room right next to Agua Dulce. Their wines have been improving steadily!

We wine taste a lot, been to all the regions, so we looked forward to having a local winery to visit. The tasting room is nicely... decorated, bar is kind of small and crowded. Some of the wines are quite decent. The problem is you just don't get enough winein your glass to really taste them, easily some of the stingiest pours we have ever experienced. I feel you need 2 sips to tastewine, the first to clear the pallet and the second to really taste the vintage, but after the first sip, only a few dropsremain. Another couple asked to revisit a wine they liked, but the not very nice server told them it is against the law to serveseconds and refused, a complete lie! The cheese plate is good, but minimal. They do not waive the tasting fee if you buy wine,we feel that the people who came with free tasting coupons were treated better than paying customers. Do yourself a favor, takethe 2 hour drive to Santa Ynez and enjoy first class tasting and service. I wish I could offer a nicer review, maybe we just hitit on a bad day, but when compared to other wineries, Reyes needs improvement. Read more
