Sooo I used to love this place to study but now that there are no power outlets I won't be coming here any more.
I?ve just witnessed the grossest thing ever?having your barista August whom was serving this gentleman ahead of me who took a... piece of paper out of his pocket and handed it to August to punch his drinks. Seeing your barista holding this piece of paper inhis hand, done with it then started getting the food out of the oven heater and comes to serve me?I told him that he should?vewashed his hands before finishing up his tasks or serving me, he told me if there is anything else I want to drink and he didnot wash his hands. Of course I got my drink and I?m throwing it away. Safety i guess is not his priority?So disappointed and Iwill never go to this location again!! Read more
I don't know what the issue is with this particular Starbucks but almost every time now that I go there there's an issue. They... either don't have an item that's advertised or they put real milk when I ask for almond milk, which is obviously a problem.Anyways I'm sorry to do this but I felt like after enough instances it was time to leave an honest review. I love this place, I always come here for coffee and get great service. Since I frequent this Starbucks somewhat often, I have... come to appreciate all the employees here. I wasn?t having the best of days, so I wasn?t expecting much when I went here in theearly afternoon; but the wonderful customer service and friendly faces really helped to turn my day around. The line in the drive-thru was full and six cars deep out into the parking lot. We ordered using the mobile app instead and our... drinks were ready 7 minutes before they said they would be! I love this Starbucks! Read more
