Well! I spent a whole 20 mins waiting for my order but that is not why I am writing a negative review. I had to be at work... within 5 mins and asked the girl with a crochet beanie if it was almost done and if not I could have my hubby pick it up, andwith a loud condescending and bi$&@y tone, in front of customers says ?I have a lot of orders there?s not only yours is thisit?! Here? while slapping on a lid and chucking a straw at the counter. I chose not to respond only because I was running lateand had I, it would have escalated but I didn?t think my question warranted that kind of attitude. Read more
Went inside to this Starbucks because the sign outside was advertising for $5 Friday Love. Not to mention the store also had a... big sign when you enter that says the same thing. But I was told it was for the store only. I told the lady there?s a SB signwhen you enter that says it too. For being SB I really think they should?ve honored it since the sign is there misleadingcustomers. This is the second time that SB has done that they should really get there s**t together considering they?re 2 majorfood chains. I really don?t recommend this place I?ve had problems with the Vons cashiers here before too. I only stoppedbecause it?s closer to my house but most of the time I stop at the one on Bouquet. Way to please your customers Vons and SB onSoledad. You really care about your customers. I honestly could?ve went off and have the Barista a difficult time. Brooks was a great, he ask a great actittud, I wish everytime when I go to Starbucks more employees like him helh me to take my... order.. I have really bad experiences in many Starbucks with the employees..but him get 5 stars.. Read more
