Food was ok but expensive $20.?? something for a taco and torta combo with a large drink. Drink was real good though better than... the food. Dry taco for sure and it was pastor. Torta was good bread a bit over toasted better than 2 years ago when it wasburnt. And that tortilla that they made into a tostada with a piece missing from it with some pico on it or rather 2 littlepieces of tomato on it was a nice surprise. Bean too much cheese, rice crispy and dry. Cashier not friendly at all and seemedlike she was unhappy to be there like forced to work there for her family instead of asking if she could help me she stood therecutting limes for a minute or 2. Who doesn't love tacos? This is probably my go to place for tacos. They have all the "unusual" cuts of meat (cabeza, lengua,... etc.). There is a male chef and a female chef. IMO the female chef cooks the food better. The tortillas and the meat just comeout more crispier. And their horchata is delicious. Read more
This was of my absolute favorite places to eat and get tacos at, the food is amazing and some of the best tacos to get out here... in scv. though one time i had a horrible experience trying to order with a request to remove onions for one of my friends. whenthey made her order not to her liking, they rolled their eyes when we mentioned that it was not the way she had ordered it, andfelt very pushed away. sad because it was one of my favorite places to come in, they are typically very nice and lovely. food isdelicious though! It is a very good Mexican hole-in-a-wall restaurant in its class. No need to spend over a $100 on good Mexican food. This place... is very authentic and their food is delicious. To put it in perspective, this is where Mexicans go for good Mexican food. NotMartha Stewart's version of Mexican food. Can you handle it? Read more
I LOVE this place. All the tacos are bomb! The ceviche is delicious and they give you a good portion. Every time I come to town... I make sure to eat here at least twice. The staff is awesome. (I already ate the ceviche sorry no picture) Read more
Good value as they give you lots of meat for the money, but the flavor is lacking. The al pastor is the best of all the meats I... tried so I would stick that route. The hot sauces to me are average and not very spicy. No serrano's or jalapenos except picklewith carrots. You will be full, but not completely satisfied. 7$ burritos, 2$ tacos. Read more
*Update 5/3/19* Sandy is Awesome! Recommended the Strawberry Agua which was nearly as good as the 'Orange Agua'. Check out... her left arm for the Cutest lil 'grim reaper' you've ever seen. Tried the Carne Asada Nachos and boy, what a Great Surprise.for $6.30, your tastebuds will be Dazzled!! The flavor is Beyond Belief!! Noticed their 4 Flavored Drinks and was pleasantlysurprised when Alejandra offered a taste of the Orange One. Do yourself a favor. ORDER The Orange Drink!! It is AbsolutelyAmazing!! I'm sure the other 3 flavors are good too, but the Orange is my Flavor Of The Month!!
