Poor customer service,the personal has a bad presentation. ,they're rude, the place it's dirty ( doors,windows, tables ... floors, soda dispenser) the whole place need a change .the food wasn't the greatest. Ordered online and showed up and they had not started on my order. To top it off I paid extra for the white meat and did not get... white meat and the salad was literally inedible. So much for having dinner Read more
This location is severely understaffed. It would be more beneficial to the quality of service if these guys had help. The cook... is also taking all of the orders and cleaning. His only helper has headphones in and is dragging a**. Much can be improved here. Read more
Establishment full of children. They literally stopped making my chicken bowl to start training people while I just stood there... and waited for over 10 mins. I was the only one in here. My bowl was literally getting prepped and just left there. If I didn?tsay anything I?m sure I would?ve never got my food. Read more
This place is much better after they got a new manager. Before, we would order and the order was always wrong and the food... wasn't cooked right. We stopped going here until we saw the new management sign. Service is excellent and the food is great. Read more
So sad in this day and age of Restaurants Galore that Waba Grill has become the latest price gouger out there. Is Gouger even a... word? Perhaps Not. Walked in here tonight with the intention of getting my Grub on... sadly it would Not happen. Waited acouple of minutes for the girl to come to the register. Noticed prices went up (not terribly, just a few cents here and there). Went to order my staple, The Waba Signature Plate. Was told, quite rudely, that I would have to pay Extra since I didn't wantRice. Sure, penalize me for wanting to be healthy. No More Waba for me!! I'm done with them. So sad cause I really liked theirfood. However, with an extra charge for being healthy and a side of attitude, No Thank you. Judging by the crowd in there. 2people, they Probably could've used my order of 8 Plates! Hungry family at home will Now be disappointed. However with 10Gazillion places to eat out there, I'm sure I'll find a substitute. Funny just a month ago Iwas in here and I ordered my standard, which incidentally included No Rice, and the gal not only made my food to order, sheactually gave me avocado at NO Charge. Good waba grill, usually not very crowded, some of the fried teriyaki chicken in the SCV. Only wish they had a website to... pre-order online vs waiting 10 minutes for the food. Read more
