What I Ordered: 2 baked potatoes, 2 hamburgers with only catsup and a pub pretzel cheeseburger, with "No pickels." What I... received: 2 Potatoes = correct. 2 hamburgers with only catsup = wrong, Both had cheese and one had more condiments than justcatsup. Pub pretzel cheeseburger, with "No pickels." The employees are always nice, but it?s a smaller menu apparently than other Wendy?s restaurants and that doesn?t seem to help... them get it right, because I just easily had the WORST chicken sandwich of my life. Hard, chewy batter covering almost nochicken whatsoever. Bacon was the same with no flavor. All the sauce I could use just to make it tolerable still didn?t reallyhelp. You have to TRY and make a sandwich this bad. If I go to Wendy?s again, it ain?t gonna be this one. Kudos to the peopleat the window though, always nice. Read more
I am giving one star, because the manager is rude and treats his employees horrible. The employees did their best to fix his... mistakes and he took it out on them, he yelled at two employees while eating for mistakes that he made. During one encounter heraised his hand at his employee as if he was about to hit her. He then stormed off in his car for his mistake. Andrew and thenew cashier were very helpful and went out of their way to fix any mistakes that occurred with our order. Read more
Came through the drive through and ordered two burgers. They were both wrong... the only thing they managed to get right was my... order of large fries. I ordered a baconator and they give me a bacon cheeseburger with this disgusting sauce. I also ordered abig bacon classic and they gave me a regular burger with no bacon or toppings. Overall atmosphere felt like I was going to get murdered especially in the bathroom. The patties honestly tasted like rubber and... the cheese was literally that nasty grocery store american fake cheese squares. But the service was phenomenal, Andrew low-keyis the redeeming factor of this restaurant, polite, fast, funny, well articulate. Read more
