Good food. Service was fairly quick. Drive thru definitely needs work. Very confusing layout.

Worst subway ive been to, would not acknowledge i was in the drive thru, so i went inside. Worker basically threw toppings on... the sandwhich, coughed on my food, and just overall could not care less about the customer. Read more

Filthy restaurant, cross contamination, and the person making the sandwich was digging her fingers into the breads to pull the... sides apart instead of cutting them adequately with a knife. Staff was very inefficient and unable to answer ingredientquestions Read more

This subway was terrible. One of the worst subways I've ever been to. it was really gross and unclean. ingredients were all... falling into other bins and everything was messy and gross. they were also out of 3 things which were important things in myopinion. Pepperoni, spinach wraps, and ice. The people at the counter were really rude too. the guy stood there for a good 10minutes just adjusting the gloves on his hand and not even taking my order. the lady did give me 2 free cookies which is cool Iguess but it still just is such a bad subway. I used to work at one and I know how bad they can get. this was absolutelyterrible. I've never seen such a terrible subway. if I could I would give 0 stars. Read more

Showed up an hour before they close and was told sorry we are closed. They were very rude about it I told them it says you close... at 9 and we showed up at 8 to get a sandwich after being at Holiday World all day. Then drove by 30 minutes later and they wereletting people in and serving them. This was a big downer for our family will not be visiting them again. Read more

About the worst experience I?ve had at this subway. Dirty tables and floors, and absolutely disgusting mess around the back... counter. Disrespectful place run by teenagers with no adults in sight. Need to teach them respect in the workplace. Also, whenwe ask for black olives we dont mean to just put four! How hard is it to correctly make a sandwich. Read more

Not great. It's the only chain restaurant on the strip and it's NOT GOOD. We stopped after a day at Holiday World and the... service was so slow. They acted as if they didn't know what we talking about in our orders and then tried to ring us out 3xAFTER paying. I recommend going to the grocery store and buying a microwavable hot pocket over this subway. Read more

So I'm not quite sure if it was this subway in particular or if the new changes at Subway have ruined the restaurant. I got to... the restaurant an hour before close. They only had one type of bread left. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch melt. The kid atthe counter asked me if I wanted it toasted with all the veggies and I said no.. so he proceeds to put the meat and cheese (noextra cheese like a true melt is supposed to have) in a container to toast it.. I'm like excuse me, I wanted the bread toastedtoo, please. The kid rudely replies.. "you said you just wanted the meat and cheese." Of course I'm used to the restaurant justtoasting my bread along with the meat and cheese. Lol Anyways I ignored him being rude. He was young. I continued to be politeand I let him know that I didn't know the way the new menu worked.. assuming this was some sort of change to the normal way ofdoing things. I look at my sandwich when it comes out and there is meat on about 2/3 of my sandwich. Probably the least amountof meat I have ever received on a Subway sub. The cheese was definitely not double.. and when I got back to my room I realizedthe kid forgot my bacon. I understand mistakes are made, but I also gotta tolerate rude teenagers? Something needs to changehere.. Melts are extra... I paid extra for a below average sub. Read more
