I enjoyed my time eating at this store. The employees were kind and very polite. I got My food on time.
Terrible treatment of customers by management/ownership. Was told while I'm ordering my food that my girlfriend would not be... allowed to enter the restroom until my order was verbally placed and completed. I asked nicely can she just use it now while Iplace the order. The cashier counseled someone in the back for 5 minutes and a huge line formed. She came back informing me thatshe was instructed it's "no exceptions" until the order is placed. Going to contact corporate but it may go nowhere. Read more

Very bad customer service. We ate at this place ,had fun at the beach and on the way back My little one wanted to use the... washroom..we stopped here again but they wanted us to buy something to use the washroom.. After a purchase,was given the key tothe washroom which was very dirty.. went back and asked him for other washroom key, denied saying that it's only for employees..my 6yr old was feeling very uncomfortable.. had to stop by mcdonalds to get him to washroom.. terrible service Read more

Not very happy with the person that came from back, the lady named * CHRISTINA *preparing food, came around to help/flurt the... gentleman in line. Would love to talk to someone about the way I was treated. NOT HAPPY! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION*AT ALL* not taking about restrooms how dirty it was. Read more
