The staff was amazing. This is purely a review of how Chipotle runs their business. They are so scammy when they run out of... chips, they have a specific sticker to put on the bag telling you to go to the website for a refund, but there is no easy way onthe website to get a refund, they make you jump though several hoops. They also constantly run out of chips as I have had tofight this multiple times, they seem to not bother to take it off the menu banking on the fact that most people won?t ask forthe refund. Bought the Garlic Gaullijo Steak quesadilla and it was burnt, there was practically no cheese and the steak was over cooked.... Ended up having to throw it all away. Terrible mistake to eat here due to the lack of respect in making a simple quesadilla. Read more
The folks who work here are nice but this place needs a new manager. Trash all over the floor and counter, no utensils, missing... drinks we purchased via the app, outside tables were really (really) dirty, etc. And it's not like they were busy. It's an"order via the app only" place. There was no one inside except the three workers. Stale chips topped it off. Read more
Walked in after a long day on the boardwalk - 7:50 pm and was advised they are only taking online orders. No explanation to... why?5 staff members roaming around the kitchen and no eye contact or a courtesy explanation as to why they were not taking inperson orders. Read more
I'm a local that has never tried this restaurant before and wanted to grab a quick lunch on my way to work. The staff refused to... serve us. We were told they were only taking online orders, I had told the staff that I had no device to do an online order andoffered to wait until they had finished the online orders that were in front of me. Staff was incredibly rude and said that theywill not be taking walk in orders and I needed to place an order online. Worse restaurant service I have ever had and I willnever attempt to shop here again. I walked out hungry and angry, I then went to Betty's Burgers and had a delicious lunch withwonderful staff. I came here for the first time because of their new menu: pollo asado, meaning grilled chicken. Some one told me this tasted... like Szechuan spicy diced chicken? Indeed, it tasted really not bad! (While this is a seasonal dish.) The only reason I gavefour stars is because the service was kinda slow? need to be patient and wait long time. Guess chipotle should learn from PandaExpress. Food is pretty good and tasty, service is fast and excellent; the girl was very helpful and polite. I wanted to try the new... smoked brisket but there was none, also there was no ice in the ice machine. Store looks clean but could be much cleaner. Youneed a code to open the restrooms. Read more
Obligatory "I don't usually post reviews" review: this is easily the worst Chipotle I've ever been to and it never ceases to get... worse every time I try again. Their newest addition to the s***show is that they only take online orders.. indicated by a greasypiece of paper they wrote on and posted on the glass when you approach the counter. Can't even throw a quick bowl togetherbecause they're too busy chatting and goofing off and throwing together messy online orders with extremely gross, excessivelyused gloves. The whole place is a rodent's paradise and good luck having all of your choice ingredients available. I'd say it'sthe management but I think the ever-revolving staff of unenthusiastic college students probably adds to it. I'd do the onlineorder thing, but there's about a 50/50 chance of your bag being swiped by one of the many transient folks that lurk around inthe parking lot. I'm repeatedly shocked by how a job so easy can become such a catastrophe. Do I feel better posting thisreview? Not really. Am I still hungry? Yes. Read more
