At 5am every morning i get my coffe& my apple pie. Im slways greeted with a warm smile from larry( his the cashier) & alwsys ... asks how am i this morningi & he knows my order & says have a nice day.then when i pup my food im also happly greeted by Juan (the manager,!)! He also greets me & says have a good dayWhat service!! This is a busy McDonald's with minimal parking and no drive thru. But the reason for the rating was the interactions I... observed. They keep the bathroom locked. A gentleman came up asking for them to buzz him in. He appeared Hispanic and wasdressed in a uniform, looking hot and tired from a long day of work. The female appearing manager was having difficulty with agift card purchase and instead of asking another employee to assist him, she kept stating "in a minute" "I'm busy" in a curttone. Other employees were literally standing watching her as without the register, there were no orders. Finally as the manwent/came back as not buzzed in and was stating his need to "go", another male stepped forward and opened the door. I'm notsure what was driving this - long day, race, control or other but it was rude and demeaning. McDonald's can do better, she cando better. Read more
Great customer service but the pill poppers and drug users at night overtake the dining area management. can?t seem to figure... out how to get rid of them. Photo is some nut job needing mental treatment that was screaming and yelling in the dining room. Read more
I order from this mcdd's regularly. They used to forget my condiments a lot but recently they've been very good about including... it and sometimes they even give me 6 ketchup instead of the max 5. Food always comes in 20mins or less and everything is as Iask for it. I loved the limited edition Guava creme pie they had a couple weeks ago, very tasty. I usually order brekkie, 2sausage muffies with no cheese no butter and i slather them in butter and strawberry preserves. Yummydummydooo. RIP all daybreakfast though ???? Read more

So today I ordered food who ever is making the fries at the moment 1753 hrs 11/23/2022 is doing a great job. They're hot and... crispy. Usually I'm disappointed at McDonald's. And the guy working the cashier register was super patient with the peoplebefore me. Good job you guys. No drive through here everybody you have to walk in and pay. Really liked the fries today!
