I was heading to Santa Fe for the day and hungry. I stopped and grabbed a sandwich and tea. I ran through the drive through... and the funniest sweetest gal served me. I wish I'd have gotten her name. She was middle aged and I think she was a Cowboysfan. All I know is I had a great time at your drive through. She's a keeper!!!!! Read more

If I could give 0 stars I would but at least the young girl's customer service was great. First off I understand understaffing... but, I was not acknowledged at the order window for at least 10 minutes and then when I was it took another 5 or so minutes toplace my order. I ordered a bacon swiss chicken sandwich along with a ham and cheese sandwich. When opening the food my sandwichwas cold, had a slice of cold cheddar cheese with honey mustard! Coming off a morning of hiking in the mountains, seeing a sign for Arby?s whetted our appetites. Conveniently located on Hwy 84... and near Buffalo Thunder Casino, we pulled in for a delicious lunch. The cashier was friendly and helpful and our food wasbrought to us pretty quickly. The bathrooms were clean for such a busy location. We would definitely eat here again. Read more

I would never eat at Arby's. I was waiting just to cross through the drive-thru line. Luckily someone realized that a 26 ft... Penske truck would not fit through the drive-thru and let me pass through. Read more
