First time trying a burger with traditional New Mexico chillies. Enjoyed it with the seasoned fries and a shake. Nothing out of... the ordinary here, except the burger was pretty good. This Blakes was great! The food is always good! The place is clean and the service was awesome! Tom the manager is a very nice... and informative guy! Giving it a 4 star because our orders the second time we went weren't very accurate with one of our doublesonly having a single. All in all one of the most bomb places to eat! Read more
By far the worst Blake's location in Santa Fe. Bad customer service, stale/expired food, orders that often come out with... incorrect and even missing portions. Save yourself the trouble and go to literally any other location. Read more
While I waited patiently for the cashier/greeter/order taker to conclude his phone conversation, I observed 3 additional staff... doing nothing at all work related. Once he hung up, he immediately answered another call but could have easily said, I'll beright with you. That is just basic customer service.Everybody in there was rude or not helpful. Now i know why the parking lotis always empty here. I would advice skipping this place if you extend and appreciate respect. Read more
Visit to Santa Fe isn?t completed unless you grab a breakfast burrito here. Unfortunately for me I tried the green chili burger... instead. It really seemed to lack taste compared to the spoiling?s of Whataburger back in Texas. Next time I am in the area Iwill try the burrito. Their iced coffee is pretty solid tho! Read more
