Me and my family went to have dinner here and we were given a booth with sticky... menus and waiting for more than 25 minutes and no one came to our table to get drinks or anything the worst part is they werenot even busy. This was the worst experience we?ve ever had at a BBW. We sat in the dining room area because the speakers in bar area were... obnoxiously loud. It really wasn?t any better there. I wish I would of read the reviews before I came to this place ! All I have to say is yuck! The ceiling upon entering is leaking... , the smell is horrible.no one came out until they hear us leaving. Wish I would have left ? sat down to a dirty table. Staffdon?t clean, I blame the manger because food and Jaír on the table from the night before. Good on the floor from the nightbefore ! The food was good and the waitress was nice but everything else was blah. Sat in the bar and booth seat had huge slash through... it. Part of the order was brought out first but then kids food came out about ten minutes after. Their menu prices have alsogone up significantly. Read more

Management needs to up their game. Walking in, the restaurant had a smell like the sewage was backed up. I should have known at... that point to leave. My menu was sticky & covered in gunk. The restroom was dirty and the floor was sticky. The smell never wentaway. Read more
So walked in to the restaurant nobody was in the front for about a good five minutes then two employee walked in from outside... looked at me and passed me by so I walked up to the counter and waited another couple of minutes till the same associate came upnever asked if I needed help I finally told her I had an order I placed online another associate brought my wings out got hometo eat and just look at these tiny little chicken wings.....COME ON MAN!!!
