Not entirely sure why there's a sign outside that this Chili closing hours will be st 6:30pm instead of their original hours at... 11pm. It took us a while to get seated, the staff looked like they're struggling to figure how to seat the guests. I gave anextra star for our server for being attentive. Read more
Food was great waitress was horrible. Honestly would not have left a tip it was that bad. She left it drinks empty the whole... time never spoke once to us. We wired to ask for to go boxes never came. Lucky we could pay on the table kiosk. Then walked outthe door and she was hanging out with friends smoking a cigarette. My wife and I ate here on a Thursday afternoon, the food was average however our waiter Gabe was what made for an excellent... experience! He was super friendly, considerate, and on top of everything! He appeared to be the only waiter in the restaurantjuggling many different parties and even tending to the bar. Normally when a single waiter has a lot of tables on their plate,the service suffers as a result. However Gabe was on top of all our requests and we greatly appreciate it!! Read more
The only reason I ever went was because of their great happy hour deals. But they removed the Southwest egg rolls completely and... they no longer have $3.75 double well drinks. Much better local places in Santa Fe for HH Read more

We decided to grab food here rather late as we were staying at the hotel across the street and just got into town. Food was... good, but service was great! Andres (I believe he is a manager) was an absolute delight, getting us to go cups for our leftoverdrinks, making local recommendations, and even throwing in a little treat since we mentioned we were in town for my boyfriend'sbirthday. I did not get the name of our server but she was also great, as was the woman who was running food. We like Chili'sand visit ones near our home pretty regularly, but we've never had service like we had tonight. Thank you Andres and team for anunexpectedly nice evening! Read more
Service could have been better. Waited at the door for about 10 minutes before being sat. The waitress loved to blame the... customer. I have waitressed for a long time and always owned up to my errors. Everything was corrected but service was slow ingeneral. We love Chili's but a first not having great service. We have visited a lot of Chili's restaurants too. Whoever wasrunning out our food, that was corrected was great! He needs a raise, very apologetic for the errors made! I usually only leavepositive reviews. Maybe our waitress was just having an off night. We still left a great tip against my husband's liking. If wecame back to the area I would give them another try.
