This location is starting to lack a bit. Consistency of online order needs improvement. Their outside patio dirty, trash can is... overflowing could be seen walking in to Dion's. Always good. Their Italian sub is the bomb! I love all the smoked ham and other meats in there. The bread has a bubbly, super... crunchy crust?second to none. I?ve had baguettes from New York City?s Arthur Avenue in the Bronx (premier bread location in thecountry) and they have nothing over Dions. Not sure how they are so consistently good. I love Dion's the pizza is great. The green chile ranch dip is freaking awesome. Great place to have a birthday party for your... family and just to grab a quick bite to eat. It is a local chain. I personally always try to support local businesses. I thinkthat's a great place to hang out and bring your family. Plus the kids can watch the pizza being made which they get a huge kickout of. Anything that makes the time go by easier with them is okay with me! Read more

We placed our order at 3:40pm and waited 25 mins for a half Greek salad and meatball provolone on wheat sub. Behind the desk we... counted about a dozen staff and only 4 tables had customers out of around 20 tables - so certainly not a busy time of day. TheGreek salad was waterlogged, the sub wasn?t wheat bread, the meatballs had very little provolone, and the basket was wet andalong with the receipt (shown) was covered in sauce. We ended up going back to speak to Jen the manager twice and each time herresponses left us feeling even more disappointed! This is my first negative review, which also happens to be on my first visitto a Dion?s restaurant. Needless to say we?ll not be rushing back primarily due to the manager?s uncaring attitude. Come on guys. As I kid, I used to bus tables, cook, etc. The dining room area was dirty, almost every table. Had to mention to... the front counter to clean tables; and the work area was brimming with idle employees! THEN, when they come out to clean. NO HOTWATER/SANITIZING BUCKET! Even in the 80's or 90's without COVID we took sanitizing water to keep the cloth HOT! SORRY, fail bymanagement and staff, plus the health department should be notified! How/when do/will this next generation of children get selfmotivated enough to think ahead and properly consider courtesy: it is something we all would like; especially on the road withall these new same/drivers and teens acting the same way! Lastly I'm still waiting on salads 15 minutes after the pizza isready, and we just wanted the pizza to go. Get it together Read more
Wish I could give this disgusting place and the products they serve a 0, they don't deserve a 1 STAR. Not the first time this... happens and it probably won't be the last. Good to see young people working but they messed around more in the back than getting orders out. We waiting on the salad and... pizza about 25 minutes before they called our name. My husband and I are sure we got food poisoning from there. Great nicelocation but definitely not returning. Read more
