I'm not sure about in restaurant visits, but I would not recommend ordering from this location via delivery services. They have... forgetten, missed, or just ignored items on my orders nearly every time I have ordered. The food is good, but when I'm receivingless than half the items on my order, that's not ok. Had been awhile since I last visited a firehouse subs restaurant (pre-Covid) and this one did not disappoint. Food was amazing.... My only complaint was their beverage machine was out of a lot of the additional syrups for sodas (couldn?t get cherry added toDr Pepper/ coke). And the coke tasted more of carbonated water than soda. It usual takes them a while to make the sandwiches, even if you're the only one with an order in. We were waiting for 15 minutes... because they put our order on the Door Dash shelf although we were sitting at a table waiting and there was only one othercouple there. Read more
Very good sub sandwiches. New staff learning the ropes but still friendly and accommodating. Not too long of a wait considering.... Firehouse "club" sandwich is fully loaded with meats, smoked turkey, ham and roast beef with provolone cheese. A variety of substo try out and sides too, not just chips. Read more
We stopped at Chili's 30-45 min wait, next door was olive garden 45-1hr min wait. Firehouse was on the end and thought to give... it a try. Never eaten here, but as soon as we walked in we were greeted. Told them it was our first time and they ran us thruit. Very friendly staff... Very informative about the menu. Would eat here again, hopefully all firehouse subs are as courteous.Thanks Josh and your crew at the Cerrillos Rd location. Read more
