First time here, great little area. Peanuts were a plus. Coke machine was cool & good. Disappointed that they had no green... chile. What is a burger without green chile? ?? But wanted to give it a try anyways. Fries were ok. Burger wasn?t the best.Pricey due to having to order each item separately. Tbh. Won?t visit this place again. Read more
What can you say it's Five Guys and Fries, consistent no frills burgers, fries, and shakes. The staff here are really friendly... and helpful. Plenty of parking all around. Usually the place is fairly busy but most people take out so eating inside there arealways tables free. They have two of the mix your own soft drink machines, lots of choices. Recommended. Read more

In general, 5 guys has good burgers and fries, no question. However, the Santa Fe location is always so dirty, and the music so... loud, after our last experience last week we decided not to go back. The portions are also really inconsistent, but overallsmaller. Sometimes the little cup of fries is only half full now. The food just isn't as good as it once was. This staff isalways super friendly and sweet. But a lot of times we go in for a mid afternoon lunch meeting, not at a busy time at all, andthey're all just standing around, very few other customers in the place, and it is full of filthy tables. The last two times wewere there we actually cleaned off our own table so we had a place to sit. The music was so loud we could not hear each othertalk. I'm not a geezer, I like the music loud too. But when you're trying to meet at a restaurant and go over some things, thisis just not conducive to any kind of conversation. Having worked in a number of restaurants when the front of the house is thatfilthy it makes me really afraid of what the back of the house looks like. Really wanted to like my first experience here since we don?t have many good quick burger joints. My husband and I put in a... mobile order last night in hopes that it would be quick since it was late. Said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I walk in, onlytwo other customers waiting for food so it?s not like they were busy scrambling with orders which I?m usually more patient for.They had plenty of staff working too. I got my drinks ready right away when I told them my name. Preceded to wait 20+ minuteswhile four customers who came after me came and went with their food. The workers were not attentive to me standing there atall. Almost like I wasn?t even there. I waited another 15 minutes patiently but starting to get irritated and came to discovermy food was sitting on the counter for most of that time and they didn?t say anything. I finally go up to tell them I?ve beenwaiting for quite awhile, the guy shuffled his feet slowly to my bag of food and still had to prepare the fries!!!! So almost 40min later we get Luke warm fries and cold burgers. They never acknowledged my long wait. It ruined it for me for ever goingback.
