This hotel is in the perfect location. The general manager, Hal, was extremely helpful and accommodating. He went above and... beyond to make sure that our group had an amazing retreat. The food was wonderful, and the staff was very friendly. Read more

Ate at the restaurant, the hotel as we walked through looked very nice. There was a hand full of cool little shops within the... hotel as we walked to the restaurant. The location was outstanding so was the valet area at the hotel. The Inn is literallywithin the center of everything Santa Fe. If we ever visited Santa Fe again the Inn & Spa at Loretto would definitely be at thetop of the list for places to stay. It's a very nice property from what we saw. Read more

The Inn and Spa at Loretto is the perfect location. It?s very walkable to all the restaurants, shopping and attractions. The... shops in the hotel are very nice as well as the other amenities. By far our best experience was meeting Hal Leonard, the generalmanager. Hal appeared to be involved in every aspect of the hotel?s operation. We actually looked forward to seeing himeveryday and hearing his suggestions about making our stay in Santa Fe more enjoyable. Thanks Hal! Jim, Freda, Everett and Linda Read more

My husband and I celebrated our 34th anniversary this past weekend. The staff at the Inn of Loretto were exceptional. Everyone... we came into contact with made our visit extra special. We were able to change rooms with no problem. Breakfast was not onlydelicious but service was perfect. The lounge was fun and friendly. I want to say thank you to Brenna, assistant manager, whomade our visit extra special. Her customer service skills are exceptional. I also want to thank and mention by name the waitstaff for breakfast, Marcel, Zaira, Carlos and Carlos (busboy). They are great employees. Thank you all! We look forward to ournext visit to the Inn at Loretto. Read more

It's a wonderful place to stay in Santa Fe. They have a top drawer team in every area to make your stay a great one. We... celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary there in June and we have nothing but praise for our room, restaurant and bellmanservices! A special thanks to a very helpful and personable General Manager, Hal Leonard. We will be back! Read more

After paying a considerate price for the room with the terrace, we were placed into the room with the terrace towards the... parking lot. The maintenance was poor: the aircon was so loud that we could barely sleep, the bath tub plug was not sealing, thehandle into the bath was falling off. It was not worth the money we paid. The location is great, but this is where it ends. Youmight be lucky, but there are other options in the walking distance. The hotel does not deserve 4 stars. The restaurant is worthvisiting and it even has gluten free options. So, a star for the restaurant. Read more

Cute, quaint, old building. Delicious food. The breakfast is *really* good. Great bacon. Touristy as all get out though, and... priced as expected. If they renamed it "New Mexico Land," you'd know exactly what you were getting. They give you an adorablebear on your pillow. I brought mine home to my wife and she loves it. That touch won the 5 star rating from me. Read more
