After getting where I am staying the sandwich was not what I ordered. The music was so loud I don't think the person making my... sandwich could hear what I ordered. I have had this issue at other JJ locations. Maybe they should focus more on quality thenbeing freaky fast. Read more
One of my fav JJ while traveling the country. The employees were super friendly . Even when I ordered a little differently than... everyone else. ???? Ordered online on 8/18/22. No food arrived, nothing. When we called for a refund they refused. Claimed there was no on there to... process a refund and told me we had to call back the next day. He offered a credit on the next order. If we got no food thistime, why would we ever order again from there? Read more

If there was a level below 1 Star thats wgat I would rate it. Terrible customer service completely got my order incorrect and to... top off I had to drive back 15 minutes. No accommodations or nothing. Firehouse subs has the quality ingredients it sellsitself, now you need the properly trained staff to see it through. Extremely dissatisfied! Read more
Firstly, I used to love Jimmy John?s!.. one day I had it delivered. I ordered at 10:30 in the morning, thinking that would be... enough time to be delivered by 11:30 because I had to be somewhere at 12... My food didn?t arrive until AFTER 12 AND forgot mydrinks. Delivery guy had to go get my drinks and come back to me, so at that point it was already around 12:40... needless tosay I was very disappointed and overall it was pointless to do an early order because they don?t deliver at the time yourequest. I even left a generous tip when paying online, not worth it...Horrible experience, haven?t been back to Jimmy John?s atall since. I do not recommend a delivery service.. Read more
I have stopped in many JJ?s over the years, overall I have been satisfied with the service, hence the reason I keep going... back. One thing that Jimmys really does do great is their quick food, by the time I got my change back the lady making mysandwich called my name and handed me my sandwich. These people i here are really nice and I appreciated the speed andquality. Now when people talk about speed there?s so many things that go into that, one I?ve those Is ?they may have made itfast but was it just a mess?? And my answer is no, as I ate my sandwich (#12) it was well put together and it hardly fell apartas I ate it. I felt very confident in this places ability to handle food due to the cleanliness in both look and smell. I wasn?toverwhelmed with a deli smell, the kind that churns your stomach. I was met with a pleasant ?we make sandwiches BUT it?s notoverwhelming? If you?ve never been to jimmy johns I would suggest you try it and if you have but haven?t been to this locationI?ll say yeah, this is one you should go to. Read more
