This was the best meal/dining experience we've had in Santa Fe, including both trips we've taken to the city so far. We sat at... the bar on an October night, sipping vermouth cocktails and red wine, ordering the hamburger, salads, bowls of broth, and it wasjust ABSOLUTELY the right vibe. Friendly, accommodating service with impeccable interior decoration and lighting everywhere; Iloved getting a glimpse of the line of cookbooks in the kitchen. We even ordered dessert. So often, the dessert menu in even anice restaurant is an afterthought, composed of things from the fridge that need to be thawed or even microwaved. Not so here, where we had duck fat salted caramel ice cream(?!) and this wildly divine thing called "cloud cake." Read more

Really impressed with the execution of each dish I tried. The waitstaff was ultra-accommodating as well. I asked a lot of... questions about ingredients due to a recent illness I'd experienced and was still sensitive to. They were knowledgeable and madeexcellent recommendations given my temporary restrictions. Highly recommend! Read more

A little gem! Great cuisine. Attentive service. The fried polenta in gorgonzola cream sauce is perfection on a plate!????

Joseph’s was our best meal in Santa Fe. The location is lovely, intimate and authentic and the menu is adventurous yet... thoughtful. This is the only restaurant we went to in SF with natural wine on the menu! We were so happy and surprised.Everything was delicious, right down to the unmissable cloud cake for dessert. We’ll absolutely return during our next trip.Thank you! Read more

High end cooking, delicious ingredients and a really nice ambience. The polenta fries were original and delicious. Everything... else I tried was excellent, and if I ever visit Santa Fe again I'd love to check out more of the menu. Read more

We were indecisive on drinks so the waitress graciously offered tasters. Had the carrot and crab curry soup, which was to die... for. Also tried the fried tamale and it was delicious. Wish we had more room in our bellies to try some of the other offeringson the menu because what we had was so good! Read more

My wife and I were in Sante Fe celebrating my sister-in-law’s birthday. My sister-in-law saw this restaurant on Diners,... Drive-Ins, and Dives and wanted to try it. She has some food sensitivities, but we learned from our very nice and informativewaitress that most items on the menu are gluten free. The table bread we had was gluten free. It was surprisingly moist and hada lot of taste. We shared the tamale appetizer, and I had the lamb burger. They had the deconstructed vegetable enchilada.Thelamb burger was cooked medium, and it was so juicy. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting or live inSanta Fe. Read more
