The last two times customer service has seriously been lacking. The first time I went thru the drive thru. Waited and waited no... response. I had to drive up to window and place order. The employee said ?Oh, I didn?t hear you.? I was the only one in line.Today I went back and again no answer. I said ?hello? and she said ?just a minute.? We waited a couple minutes and drove offwithout placing an order and there was only one car in front of us. If that?s the way they treat paying customers I?ll just goto Pizza Hut or Domino?s at least they have better customers. Of course, this is a low price pizza chain, so pricing is 5 star. The taste is ok, obviously not gourmet. This particular... location has issues with being slow. And, this is evidenced in multiple visits. Your best bet is to order ahead and then comepick up your pizza. Read more

Yesterday I ordered a hot n ready cheese pizza and wings. It was during the lunch rush so when I got the pizza box I didnt check... it. When it was time to eat, we had an old, luke warm thin crust pepperoni pizza. The guy that took and gave us our order didntgive us a receipt.
