We had an excellent meal and fantastic service. The blue corn muffin with red chile butter was a great way to start. The... Ceviche was recommended by our waiter and was excellent. The Willow Basket for Tuna was great. My husband had the strip steakwith the green chile potatoes that were to die for. Our waiter Miguel was the best, ask for his section. Excellent food and service, amazing experience! Tried the Duck Wings, pork, octopus, Elk and so so much more. Everything was... exceptional. The waiter also had fantastic recommendations on everything from entrees to wine and beer, knew the food as well asthe chef. Can't say enough great things! Read more
Nice atmosphere and vibe. Original cocktails were good. OK service but a bit amateurish considering the mid to high level... pricing. The menu looks very interesting but unfortunately the food is NOT. Everything from starter to main was generallybland and uninspired. Read more
Great place to eat, we had the shrimp tacos, prime steak and the halibut and it was all delicious. The patio is great to sit out... and eat but the inside has very nice decor also. Friendly staff, highly recommended! Read more
A fantastic and extraordinary experience. We had a very delightful time and thoroughly enjoyed absolutely everything. Maize... definitely has some of the BEST food in Santa Fe. I cannot think of a better meal I've had in Santa Fe. Everything from thescrumptious appetizers to the full-flavored entrees to the delectable desserts were unbelievably delicious. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in Santa Fe. Subtle sauces, fish, game and meats cooked to perfection, inventive... desserts all show that eating basically anything off the menu is a delight. This cozy intimate restaurant has a charmingsetting, with open air tables for al fresco dining or a beautifully designed interior and attentive wait staff. Ample parking upand down the street and behind the restaurant makes for one of the nicest dining experiences in town. The menu shows what trulygreat food of the Americas can be. Highly recommended! Good food, but terrible service. This place insists upon itself. I will happily pay for a nice meal, but we waited at the bar... and never got served. Once seated, our server seemed annoyed to be in our presence, barely filled our water and seemed pleasedto tell us they were out of the signature burger. She also stood over us while we paid the bill. There are plenty of otherplaces to dine in Santa Fe. Read more
