Passing through Santa Fe and dropped in. The Spanish beef au jus was delicious! The menu had a good selection of soups,... sandwiches and burgers, including vegan options. This is a tough review to write because a few small optimizations could turn this review into a 5. Let?s get the great out of... the way: the food is outstanding. The Rachel, the super C, and the latkes were all outstanding. Even the ice tea wassurprisingly refreshing. The salad had the best blue cheese dressing I?ve ever had and the combination of fruit, goat cheese,beets and greens was excellent. The Rachel was perfectly cooked and Delicious. And now for the not so great: Getting here rightat open may not have been ideal. It appeared that food prep might take a bit longer than I expected. Not sure if certainelements of the dish needed to be prepped before being made but it took a while. If this is just the speed of this restaurantthen please disregard. Next, the salt/pepper shakers were not cleaned and pretty filthy. This is easy to fix and should be.Lastly, the service was a 6 out of 10. If a bit more expedient attention to our drinks was paid then the service would go to 8out of 10. Seems like a family run place so I don?t expect (or even want in this type of establishment) white globe treatmentbut keeping our drinks full is an easy correction. Also, a friendly goodbye goes a long way in places like this. I?mconclusion: the food is some of the best I?ve EVER had. I genuinely hope this restaurant stays here for many years to come and Ibelieve it will with a bit more attention to these very small details. Read more

I have gone to this restaurant about four times and each time I have been very pleased. As a vegetarian, there are numerous... affordable options, each very fresh and delicious. Also, the space is perfect for my father who is hard of hearing as they donot play loud music and the acoustics help keep patron noise to a minimum. This has become my go-to place! Read more
Nice decor since taking over the space previously occupied by Back Street Bistro. But the service and menu weren?t yet ready for... prime time based on my visit today. Some menu items weren?t available and my order did not come as advertised (or billed)because ?the kitchen is out of Greek yogurt?. Very few of the ?featured? menu items mentioned in a recent restaurant review wereavailable. Cafe Mimosa has potential, but in the near term, keep your expectations low. Read more
