Someone had updated through google that this McDonalds near Cities of Gold is only open from 5am to 12pm. So I called to confirm... this rumored change to their operational business hours. I spoke with 2 employees and neither one of them knew what time theirplace of employment was open or closed. The same people that prepare the seriously over priced food for you are clueless. Iforesee this McDonalds closing down eventually due to a lawsuit because the employees are quite dumb/ignorant and are now proneto making far too many mistakes. Ew. The other reviews are sadly quite accurate. This place is definitely a hit or miss. I willno longer be taking a chance on that. Good bye McD's. Read more
They are not keeping their soda machines clean enough. Sprite tasted like a public bathroom cleaner smells. Cheeseburger looked... and felt like it was days old and had been smashed with a tamper. The fries could be tied in a knot. Customer service is greatbut food items and beverages, not so great anymore. This is what happens when a place has to hire new people constantly. Tinydry Big Mac is now over $6.00. NOT worth it anymore. Sad state of affairs. Read more
This McDonald's is the worst managed every other McDonald's I've gone to has been able to give lite ice in beverages. But this... one supposedly doesn't because they can't figure the machine I guess! Read more
Lunchtime here is generally fine if you order standard menu things, and they e en generally get your substitutions and additions... right but don't order anything special after 6 or 7pm. Their A-team seems to be on lunch and early dinner and the overnight crewis not great, as with many fast food places. Read more
This place is a hit or miss. The line in the drive through is always long and it usually takes a while to get through it and get... your food. I recently went there and ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget Happy Meal. They forgot to put the chicken nuggets in theHappy Meal. I contacted their customer service online about this incident and they still haven't responded back to me. Verydisappointing. Read more
Staff seems nice enough. They earned a 1 star because of their consistent track record of messing up orders, mixing up orders... and leaving put items. I've moved to the area recently and it has never changed. in the past month alone, I've paid for anotherperson's order or had someone pay for my order because they don't read it back. if you want a correct order, use theapp. Update: They still mess up the order or leave something out. About 45 mins after order, i finally ate my cold food andsoggy fries, because I had to go back to the store. Finally got a true picture of the way they serve their fries, always get amedium because they never fill up their large fries. Read more
It's 10:00 p.m. on a Friday And we are in November 2022 so most businesses are on a normal schedule now. It says it's open to... midnight on Google and it says 11:00 on their window and there are people inside but no one is answering the drive-thru orcoming to the window. Lots of time wasted. They also close down the front unexpectedly. And have shortages of various foods. Idon't think it's well managed.
