I waited almost 20 minutes to place my order due to a customer issue. The person who took my order had me waiting even longer... because they were still confused about the last customer. I repeated my order to them 4 times for not paying attention. It tookanother 15 minutes to get my order. When I opened the big Mac box it was not on a big Mac bun. This place was dirty, outside walking into go eat it smelled like dirty feet, throw up, and body oder.. There was a BUNCH of... flies buzzing around, you couldn't get in the door from the parking lot without having to SWAT them away from you. My order tookabout 10min. And when I got it, it was wrong. When I told the guy working he had an attitude like I'm the one that made it, hewas highly upset and aggravated I wouldn't just take the WRONG ORDER. Then he got the order that was wrong and threw it in thetrash, even tho there were homeless ppl on the property who were asking the customers for money and change to eat. I hope they get new workers soon because the ones they have now during the afternoon are always getting orders wrong, if you... speak on it they try to fight you and that?s not a joke it?s literally and sad and they accuse you of making things up. There isno customer service at this Mc Donald?s right now. Get new management before the current one burns your McDonalds to the ground.It?s all about professionalism and these people have none. We placed a large order after visiting meow Wolf. We made the mistake of going inside to order. There were 3 people that came... inside and left with their food, and the driver thru lanes filled and emptied twice before we got our food. It literally took40 minutes for our order. Not much of an appetite so I ordered a double cheese green chile burger and it was quite good. Glad I didn?t upgrade to large as... I got plenty of fries in the medium I ordered. Friendly staff. Not much of a wait. Nice and clean restaurant. The restrooms arenot easy accessible as the staff has to buzz you in. Read more
Staff is super rude, asked to speak to a manager and the manager just looked at me I waited for 10 minutes and nothing even... though she kept coming back the area to fill drinks for drive through orders. Restaurant is clean but the staff will sweeparound you while your eating to keep it that way which is gross. Took 35 minutes to get 3 meals. People walking in to complainand the manager only spoke to one person. Read more
