I tried take out, arrived at 9:11 p.m. Late night dinner due to travel, looking for a meal not fast food. Greeted with "we don't... serve food after 9:00 p.m." Response-change the hours you have posted on the Internet and door like your 9:00 p.m. competitors.I understand BOH clean-up because I have done it. Your posted service hours target a late consumer. If you aren't honoring whatyou advertise you are creating disgruntlement not satisfaction. I visited this location during a Monday lunch with a party of five. Our entire experience was magnified by our waitress Damara!... The manner in which she tended to us was fabulous! Damara was friendly, outgoing and made us feel like we were the only tableshe was serving. The food was especially great on this given day. The entire experience was so enjoyable, but was even moresatisfying because Damara was our waitstaff. Olive Garden was miraculous experience. The soup was esquite pair with their wonderful breadsticks. The service was fast I got... my entree immediately after I finished my soup. The entree was so plentiful I had leftovers for later. After my meal I decidedto have some dessert I got Brownie Lagsana which left me satisfied for the night. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young girl, we waited about five minutes to be seated. Jordan was bartending but took our... orders. He was attentive, polite and made sure we had everything we needed at our table(even hot water to warm up my sonsbottle) The food was ready in no time, they ran out of bread and he communicated it was going to be around seven minutes. Wefinished eating before the bread was ready but we didn't bother to ask, we were fine with it. After dinner we ordered theItalian donuts that were extremely covered in sugar, we had to scrape it to be able to eat it. Customer service and interactionwere great. I truly enjoyed this experience. Unfortunately I did not get the name of our amazing waiter. We went October 18th for Dinner... with my hubby, toddler and my younger siblings. We were told that it was 25 minute wait and I took my son to the restroom andwhen we came back our table was ready. I thought that was amazing because we didn't mind the wait but amazing we could startordering since we were starving. We order the shrimp calamari for appetizer and we were not impressed.
