Great atmosphere-wonderful greeting and super service. Dined in the lounge. Started with the shrimp cocktail, excellent crisp... cold shrimp. We ordered the rib-eye entree and shared it. HOW DELICIOUS!! Another friend ordered the strip steak but I thoughtthe rib-eye beat out that by far. Good cocktails and wine list too. Read more

It’s a new go to favorite spot in Santa Fe. We’ve done fancy dinners here and casual dinners at the bar. The service and... food are always great. We took friends here this summer and had a great dinner with phenomenal wines (you can’t go wrong withthe menu choices). Tonight I had a casual solo dinner and the oysters were great and the Wednesday fish and chips special wasPHENOMONAL. I wanted a light wine with dinner and the Somm gave a great recommendation at the low end of my price range. Ilove when they give true recommendations and not just upsell and I tip accordingly. We ate for the first time at Palace Prime last month and questioned how we had not previously experienced this wonderful... restaurant. The entire staff was very welcoming and professional. We started with two specialty cocktails that were excellentflavor mixes along with the Sashimi and Calamari appetizers. Both appetizers were perfectly prepared and presented with theCalamari being the best we've had in recent memory. For entrees we ordered Striped Bass and Lafrieda Prime NY Strip, which wereboth cooked perfectly. The NY Strip rub enhanced the steak flavor without being overpowering and the Bass was one of the bestfish dishes I've had in Santa Fe. Our server was a gentleman originally from France who provided impeccable service. Theambiance added to our enjoyment of the entire meal and dining experience. Lovely ambiance! Quiet, the lighting was perfect, and the food was exactly what you are paying for. We got here half hour early... and they still sat us at a great table without complaints. The waiter was extremely attentive without being overbearing. Thewine selection is extraordinary and the people talking about them do an excellent job of explaining the experience where theycome from. We ordered Chilean Sea bass and the Filet Mignon. Both were cooked to perfection! And my side veggie, asparagus havebeen the best I’ve had in years. And don’t get me going on the bernaise sauce! The last time I’ve had one that was so wellmade was in cooking school in Paris! Hats off to the chef and the kitchen, CERTAINLY worth the whole experience and the price. Read more
The atmosphere and music were really nice, really makes you feel the fine dining experience. Service was courteous and prompt.... An extensive wine list included with a fun cocktail list. We had the prime ribeye and filet mignon. My only complain is thatthey were TOO salty. Like, almost inedible, but we managed. Sides are separate and the asparagus and frites were exceptional.The sauces were delicious. Nice to try. Read more
