The food was delicious but not 5 stars. Still certainly not a disappointment. The mole chicken n sea bass was our favorite of... the dishes. Great margaritas with a twist. Our server was great but she was also the bartender so very busy. The outdoor space /patio is cute. Read more

Absolutely delightful in all levels of food and hospitality. Excellent atmosphere, service, cocktails, and food. Make a... reservation!!! it is super busy and booked up. It’s comfortable and beautiful inside, nice layout and the bar area justlooked so chic. If you are fish-lover and want dishes like ceviche, book an early spot! Even though our spot was around 7pm allthe fish was already gone. Every single fish dish was sold out, gone. We didn’t know if we would be happy with other items butwe ordered and ordered and ordered… not a single dish we had was bad or boring. We were blown away. The margaritas wasfantastic too but we were too busy eating the chicken mole the superstar sopecitos, and smothering everything in their green andred sauces. We could eat there every night. I would definitely revisit Paloma and recommend it to friends. The Brussels Sprouts were the star of the show. Wow they were so... so so so delicious. Guac and chips is always a yes. Sea Bass tacos were alright. Toppings, sauce, and cooking were all on point.I feel like another type of fish would better compliment the other ingredients. The churros were heaven. Seats were too close together food was decent the chicken could have been cooked more it was a bit rubbery. The margarita was... good but I had too much ice in it so I felt a bit ripped off. Great dining experience from start to finish. Sat at the bar and enjoyed attentive service and well made cocktails. Started... with Black Bean Nachos (highly recommend) and then moved on to steak Fajitas. Everything was fresh and flavourful. Yum! Read more
