People in the restaurant business are in it to make money and a name for themselves. None of them take into consideration those... of us that have had gastric bypass surgery and still want good food just not so much of it. We do not have a normal size stomachso two shrimp and we are done. It's sad to say the restaurant doesn't care about your situation they just want their money. I'vetried to explain and also show a medical card from my Dr but the attitude is still " sorry there is nothing we can do for you".I usually get up and leave. There loss. Had my granddaughters birthday party here and the waitstaff were excellent. I had a free desert on my app, so I took it to my... room. It was great, the chocolate cake with ice-cream. I had the the all you can eat shrimp. The scampi was the best. Therestaurant was clean, staff very attentive, courteous and professional. We all loved the food. Horrible service! Not only did our server take longer than usual to attend us, she also attended other customers around us that... came way after us first. Everyone there had an unwelcoming face. Our food also didn’t have much flavor. Toward the end of ourservice we asked for refills which she assured would be right out but she went to other tables to chat with the customers andwas friendlier with them for some reason. We tried to grab her attention for the bill but we waited nearly 30 minutes and shenever showed up, we had to go up to the front to ask the manager for our bill and only then did she take responsibility for ourtable. Great dining experience! We were all seated in less than five minutes, the staff were all friendly, and the food was absolutely... delicious! Our server, Lawrence, was excellent; he showed the perfect combination of attentiveness, professionalism, andfriendliness. We will definitely be returning the next time we visit Santa Fe again.
