Best BBQ in Santa Fe! Love the moist brisket, outside cut with bark. Mmm good! Pulled pork on the baked potato is great too.
Update to my review: i addressed my concerns and spoke to the area Director of Rudy?s and he was going to speak with the Santa... Fe store manager about my concerns. With that said i appreciate that they are trying to do better with their staffing andavailability of their food. First i must say i typically like Rudy's. However every time we go to the Santa Fe Rudy's they saythey are out of the smoked baked potato. We are going early in the day (like 4 or 5pm) and we are told they won't have any thatday. Why have something on the menu that's not available? If it's not available it should be hidden from the menu as i justwaited in line only to find out there is no smoked baked potato again once i reached the register. Also we've tried to ordertakeout numerous times and they always tell us they aren't doing take out at this time. So we go wait in line. Seems like it'snot being properly managed. We travel just to come to the new Rudy's. So glad Santa Fe has one! So much to enjoy here. The staff was super helpful and... friendly. The food is delicious! The restaurant itself is nice and spacious to accommodate its plentiful number of guests. Ibelieve you can have parties in the back. Read more
Was greeted by friendly employees at the front of the restaurant for our first visit. They explained the way everything works... and checked on us during the visit. The person that took our order was patient and friendly. The brisket sandwiches weredelicious. Cooked perfectly. We got a banana pudding to share and it was delicious. Nice addition to Santa Fe.
