Poor customer service. The guy at the counter today(9/3 evening) kept rushing and still missed some of the orders. When informed... he was rude and unbothered. Had to go to Sonic on Cerrilos road to complete our order. Btw, it's only drive through at atm. Noneof the drive in counters are working. Read more
Good food, but perhaps being from North Carolina I spoke in a manner that was not easily understood. I know I couldn't... understand half of what my order taker was saying. The quality of the food is depressing ordered a corn dog it was old and burnt. And the tater tots old and dry and cold. you... should be ashamed to put out food like that. I'm going to post a picture for that corn dog. Sad just sad Read more
Manager got my order wrong and when I asked to have it corrected she said I had to drive around and get back in line. Took 30... minutes for 2 cars in front of me to begin with. When I asked again to please correct my order she yelled at me and threatenedto call police if I didn't pull through. She even sent her worker boy to photograph my license plate and my 4 grandchildrenwere terrified! She was so rude and unwelcoming! Read more

It's was ok. This used to be the best Sonic in town until they turned me into a worker and my van into a kitchen ???????????????... I ordered a strawberry lemonade and didn't get one. When I called back they came and told me they put strawberries and when Ishowed them they were wrong they sent out a side of strawberries ?????????????????????? So of course the strawberry saucespilled all over and made a mess cuz it was over filled. ??????????? I'm not an employee ??????????? My van isn't the kitchen???????? Pulled up to the window and saw a sonic employee eating cherries. Ordered a Mocha Crunch blast and there were no chocolate chips... on top. When I asked if I could get some, like the advertisement shows, the employee told me "we dont make it like thatanymore." Got it home and it was half mocha half vanilla ice cream. Chicken was dry and the sauce tasted off. Didnt give usnapkins. Lots of little things were wrong but they add up. This location used to be the only good one in town but they'veofficially lost my business for good. Read more
I am starting to really like their slushies you can create your own flavors and they're pretty reasonable price.
