I visited the location at approximately 1130. The bathroom appeared not to haven been cleaned in days. The lobby was also dirty.... Crumbs and dirt everywhere. The table i waited at had residue and crumbs. I also observed the cashier cough/ clear his throatinto his hand and continued to prepare orders. The on duty manager seemed very disengaged. Read more

They don't open the lobby and they don't put a sign up. You have to knock on the window until someone acknowledges you and they... twirl their finger at you until you realize they are telling you to go through the drive thru. I understand that staffing ishard and you can't always open the lobby. Put up a sign. Treat your customers like humans. Read more

I have never waiting in line for long for a drink , when I asked what was going on I got a rude reply. Almost 25 minutes later... to get through the drive through , something needs to be done this much for coffee this is the last time I will give Starbucksmy business Read more

This starbucks was full of flies, and floor was full of crumbs and sticky yucky.if the drive thru and parking don't get you, the... inside will kill you. 6 people working, no greetings, smiles or eye contact. A red head was the closest to me, and I stood atcounter with my friend for 5 minutes and then I pleasantly asked..Anyone here to assist me?? She looked at me, and yelled out..Someone will be right with you! like I was insulting her. Another red head comes and has no eye contact whatsoever it wasreally strange, she was also in a rush. Drinks were good BUT HOLY COW... The girl taking the order with the septum piercing was rude as S***!!! Like Wow. She was rude... when taking my order in the drive thru then I got to the window and she handed me a dragon fruit drink instead of thestrawberry acai I know I 100% ordered-not a big deal. I said sorry, this was supposed to be a strawberry acai, she told someone"ugh, dude you made it wrong" then slammed the window as I was telling her sorry ????. She opened the window and pretty muchjust shoved my drink out the window for me to grab and slammed the door. I get people have bad days but wow. Terrible customerservice, I would be in trouble at my work. Like no sorry, no acknowledgement, just making me feel like I was an inconvenience -no one else in line either. Read more

Generally I like coming to this location since it's a walking distance away and the folks there are nice. With that being said,... when I got to the location, the doors were locked with a sign stating that the lobby was closed (I had an online order). Sokindly, I knocked on the door thinking that SOMEONE would return the gesture to open the door but I just got glances, rude ones.I wasn't going to walk back, get in my car, to drive back and wait in the long line of the other cars. So I walked to the driveup window, apologized to driver that was next and explained my dilemma. The ladies that were there, whoa. Bad day, huh and Imean all of them. I didn't get a sorry, hello or even a direct look at me. The woman just handed me my drinks. I won't be back.I'll drive to the St Francis location. Read more

I have been a Starbucks customer since Howard opened in Seattle across from the Sound. I travel and the staffing fluctuates... widely. I was virtually the only customer in the store. It took quite a while to be recognized and helped. At least they turnedthe Hip Hop down. The egg bites were delicious. I'm here for the week and will find another coffee house tomorrow Read more

So once being an employee of Starbucks just wanted to say it is pretty sad to see the quality kind of slip the staff here has... the customer service down and are very pleasant, but the standard of presentation is lacking. Don't take this as a rant or thisas a bad thing use it as a coaching tool to improve. Also the bathrooms are definitely not a priority here. They should be! Read more
