Why don't they just shutter this store. Worst Starbucks in the country! Drive thru isn't big enough for a truck as evidenced by... all of the damaged railing. Twice I have gone here and it was closed in the early afternoon. I won't be back. Read more

Drinks are always great! Not enough workers. Long wait times and drive-thru is closed.
Took thirty minutes to get through the drive through. This place is obviously way understaffed and the employees are being... overworked being made to keep both the store and the drive through open. Just shut one down rather than making a bunch of kidstry to handle the volume of both and making customers wait so long. I hope all these employees unionize! Read more
Staff is always quick and reliable for tasty drinks and fast service. 9/10 times when I order ahead the order is always waiting... for me, and very rarely do they have items out of stock. I love going here. Read more
It was super fast! And when I got my drink I could tell why. I?ve been to many Starbucks and this one has to be the absolute... worst. I?ve never had a bitter tasting frappe, and all the syrup was on one side of the cup and none on the other. When I gotit, it looked like it was already melting. Drive-thru and outside only. Flies and barking dogs can be a pain. Bulletproof glass make Bistros more friendly... Yesterday... my Gr Americano was great, but today my Americano tastes as if they ran out of expresso beans and substituted it with some nastyover boiled Pikes Peek poo poo. I just can't pallet it, been sipping it for over an hour and can't even put a dent in the cup- - Owch! The wifi is off and on, in and out, and slow... ... After a while I went back and asked for a remake... the secondattempt at making an Americano tasted Starbucks normal. This multinational corporate interaction reminded me of the U.S.presidential election, perhaps we should eliminate the Office of the President and replace it with some privet corporate entity. The staff at this Starbucks on several occasions have been so welcoming everytime I visit even get see one of my favorite... baristas occasionally from another store on Cerrillos whom for a couple of years has always been so kind. I have been giftedcoffee as "coffee buddy" few times just because and also when a small mistake was made they quickly apologized and made itright. If the managers at Starbucks in general had the same great attitude of appreciation for their customers it would beperfect. I'm sure making coffee drinks all day long over and over could get a bit mundane but the staff never makes you feelanything but appreciated. I hope they are rewarded for their hard work and genuine kindness everyday. Thank you for makingeveryday a little bit better for Santa Fe and me. Read more
