The pojoaque Taco Bell is great sometimes there virtual order machine glitches and you have to start your whole order over... again. But let me tell you this it's way better than the Espanola where it seems like they are stingy with the food for exampleyou order taco and it seems like you got more lettuce than anything. Read more
I'll leave my old review, but I'll write another. We prefer to eat inside the restaurant. We use mobile ordering, but don't find... out if the dining room is closed (which has happened four times now) until we get there. We have to call to find out before weput the order in now. It's turning us off of going to this location. Old review: My family loves Taco Bell and we've visitedmany. They are not all the same. This is the best one. The staff is quick and friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the food istwo tiers above any other Taco Bell (and yes, I realize that's a low bar). I mean nobody wants to really give a tacobell 5 stars just because you already feel shame for eating it but hey at least at this... one got the order all correct, came out in a timely manner, and they didn't hold back on tossing in the sauce packs. Very rude teenagers working and the manager on duty today happens to be very rude and unprofessional as well, no customer... service whatsoever. Went through the Taco Bell in Pojoaque New Mexico today, 64 Cities Of Gold Road at 5:35 pm. Went though thedrive through and dealt with a very rude teenage male with a attitude the second I pulled up. He proceeded to continue to berude the entire time I I was ordering and did not get my order correct. I noticed on the screen the order was incorrect so whenI asked the teenage female at the window if she could please correct my order and I was once again met with a attitude for noreason whatsoever. Once I got my food the same young lady as before, full of attitude told me to "have a nice day" while rollingher eyes and then slammed The window in my face even though she had not given me my drinks. I went to park in the parking lotand called the store number and asked to speak with the manager. Once the manager picked up the phone I tried to explain thesituation but my voice fell on deaf ears because of the very apparent language barrier between me and the "said" manager. Willnot be returning to this location simply because of the rude unprofessional employees this location chooses to hire. Read more

Literally the only Taco Bell to ever serve me fresh food, the girls (staff) Were just amazing.. fast good customer service I got... my food very fast extremely hot and fresh, only time. So I?m leaving this review. Thank you girls.. (no joking, the food tasted10 times better!) Only complain will be the lobby was a tad dirty, tables all needed to be wiped down.. but it was dinner rushhour.. soo I getcha Read more
This is probably the best Taco Bell I've ever been to. Fast service and the food was super fresh and delicious!
