Casual eatery with great food, interesting choices, outside picnic tables, fair prices, handy parking lot. Friendly relaxed... atmosphere. Vegetarian options. Plenty of sunshine. I had "3 Street Tacos" and "Hibiscus-Lavender Iced Tea." Pets are welcome tojoin you outside. Only downside for me was the proximity to traffic & street noise ... but the flavors and good prep more thanjustified eating so close to moving vehicles. All of the tacos we had were delicious. Shrimp, bison, al pastor, carnitas, chicken and avocado. We asked for chips and... guacamole but they were out if guacamole however we enjoyed the chips with some of their salsas. Read more

A friend recommended Taco Fundacion for a great post hike snack. I wasn't too hungry upon arrival but then all the delicious... smells enveloped me and I couldn't resist trying two of their tacos- chicken mole and the fish taco. They offer a wide selectionof street size tacos. One is perfect snack, or order several for a meal. The fish tacos were lightly fried with a spicey greencrema; delicious. The chicken mole was good, not too sweet but it did not outshine the fish. My husband ordered the lamb andsaid it was perfectly cooked. They have a full selection of jarritos Mexican sodas. The homemade chips looked delicious. Weenjoyed our food so much we came back the next day for a light lunch on the way out of town. All employees were wearing masksand masks were required for customers. They have the floor marked to distinguish 6 foot separation. Bathrooms were clean, butneeded paper towels. Read more
