Wanted to stop in a try a meal before we left, glad we did. The lady who set us was also our waitress. It didn?t seem like many... were working but she was very attentive to us and other tables within the establishment (thanks Jamie). Wife had the chilicheese fries. She doesn?t care for thick cut fries but I enjoy them. The green chili stew was very flavorful and not too spicyfor this Okie lol however the wife who is Jemez said it could?ve been authentic & hotter. We also shared the ABQ turkey sandwichwith fries. Absolutely loved this sandwich, had hot turkey, bacon, cheese, tomato, green chili on sourdough ? definitelyrecommend this and the stew. Read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Beer was flat, soda was flat and our fish and chips tasted like they'd been in the freezer... for a year. They were so gross. Also, The people next to us sent their burger back twice. I do not recommend this place. Read more
God, what a mess. So this place had a very mixed opinion. Both the service and the food had very mixed qualities. The server who... came to us first was both rude and inattentive. While a server I would wave down later to tend to us was very nice andrespectful. Though, waiting 45 minutes for food that was bland, unseasoned, and under/overcooked, was less than favorable. wewould leave with a sad pit in out wallets as the food was not nearly to the quality expected by the price. Tonight's dinner at Turquoise Trail restaurant was truly enjoyable. We sat at the bar and were completely impressed with Jaime... (bartender, server). The bar was incredibly busy, but Jaime kept his cool, and never seemed anything less than attentive,professional, and kind. He gave beyond excellent service, considering how many customers he was taking care of. Bravo, youngman... so glad we went there. Not to mention the ribs were great! Read more
Julian was an excellent server. Very attentive. Food was also very good. Chicken quesadila was excellent. Included guacamole. ... Kids menu prices very reasonable $7 for good size entree with a side and a drink. Portion sizes were very good for main menu.Very pleased. Read more

Update 1/21... I'm updating to 3 stars after speaking to management. They were very open to feedback and what took place. They... are working on improvements to staff and food. They also refunded my order. ..... I will update review on our nextvisit. review from 1/19/20 If I could give zero stars this place would be a rare first. We were staying in Buffalo Thunder andsaw the menu on main Buffalo Thunder website offering something for the whole family. We call the number to the location. Iopen with Hi we are staying in the hotel do you do Togo orders. Women replies with yes what do you want, but not in a friendlyway what so ever. One of our items that we wanted was chicken tenders... However I was advised quickly and rudely with "Wedon't have those anymore", ok what about spaghetti? No longer either. Again in very unfriendly tone. We settle getting tacos,chicken club and Green Chile stew. I go down to get the order, and see about 11 people standing in line to be seated, it wasgood 5 mins before someone came to get people to be seated. Thankfully while in line waiting to get to hostess my Togo order isbrought up, offered to someone else but I intercept. Again, staff is not friendly at counter. Get food back to room, greenchili stew was very good and very spicy. Taco plate was good... However the chicken club after we have several bites weencounter a 6 inch piece of thread that was cooked into our sandwich. We took pictures. I call the restaurant and am offeredzero offer options to correct. Instead I was again greeted with rude staff. In short this place is the worst part of the hoteland casino. Burger was burnt. All fries cold. Everything seemed old/ stale. Nope. Would not recommend to family.
