My experience here has usually been fine. But tonight it was especially terrible. The drive thru worker was extremely... unfriendly. the only word he said to me was ?give me a second?. he would not even look at me. I was gonna brush this off becausei?d also be miserable if i worked here. but i just opened my food i ordered not ten minutes ago. first off, i ordered baconatorfries. i have been going here for years. everytime i order this, the fries are placed at the bottom of the bag. so they wontspill over. i was shocked to see that the fries were just thrown on top of everything. and when i opened them, they barely hadany bacon. and then the cherry on top is, my chicken nuggets are freezing cold. Like inedible and hard. I just ordered them.clearly i was given stale ones that weren?t even heated properly. I work in the food industry. I am NEVER one to complain andask for a refund. but honestly, this experience makes me never want to go to this location again. i?ll take my chances with theone on the other side of town. Read more
Daniel was very rude to me at the front door because the lobby wasn?t open. He was so rude. I will never go back to this... location because of how Daniel treated me. But any business that doesn?t pay it?s employees enough to keep a lobby open meansthey?re not paying a living wage. Read more
Tried to eat there on a Saturday at 11am, and both doors were locked. No sign, nothing. At least one employee inside behind the... counter, maybe they're serving drive-up customers? I happened to be on foot, so I guess I don't get to eat there. That's okay,KFC a block away was happy to serve me. Read more
Horrible customer service! They forgot our sandwich, we drove back to pick it up, and the manager was so rude, he made it seem... like it was our fault, they forgot our item. The younger gentleman was nice and apologetic, but the girl and manager were sorude! We asked if we could purchase a strawberry frosty, they said absolutely not we would have to drive back through thewindow. We just drove back to pick up the item they forgot to give us!! No other cars were behind us. Worst customer serviceever!! The manager was the worst and appeared to bully his staff. We also didn?t receive a receipt, and we paid cash! Read more
We ordered a couple things, but an asiago sandwich was missing. We noticed by the time we were home. I tried to call them, and... as soon as I told them the sandwich was missing, they pretended like they couldn?t hear me and hung up n me. I tried to callback several times and it said that my call couldn?t be completed because their line was busy. So we went back. There was noapology whatsoever or trace of remorse. The person at the window was not even friendly at all. Now, I am not asking for them tobe extremely apologetic, or refund my money, but they should do at least an attempt to pretend they are sorry about the wholething. Read more

Just ordered the #7 (Double Bacon Cheeseburger) meal, and ordered water with my meal. First things first, don't waste $10... dollars on this meal, you can get the exact same burger off the value menu, literally the same burger but to be fair they do addan additional cheese with the #7. Additionally, don't order a $10 meal and ask for water, they will give you a $.99 waterbottle. Finally, the customer service at this location was lacking. She almost gave us the wrong order and forgot to give me mycard, she also didn't give us a receipt, she slammed the window after giving us our food. Definitely not deserving of a $15minimum wage salary. I will say, the burger was really good though. Ill get the same burger off the value menu at a differentlocation most likely. Read more
