Came early to get breakfast and they didn?t even have a breakfast menu up. I was waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes... and no one would take my order I then called and they said their drive thru would open at 7:30 which was already 7:40 when I wasthere then after waiting so long a guy said they didn?t have anything made and that it would be a while till they would openbecause breakfast wasn?t ready and that lobby would not open because they have 2 people ???? The Wendy's on Cerrillos Road is a joke seriously what were the engineers thinking when they put that building where they put it... there is absolutely no real estate if you park to get down to eat good luck getting out of the parking lot the line goes all theway into the Road basically you're trapped in until the line goes completely down and then there's the drive up if you have afull size truck you're not going to make it without banging up your rims and curbing your tires that drive through was strictlymade for little cars it's a horrible horrible design I will never go there again???????????????? I love Wendy?s but AVOID this location at all cost! It?s dirty the manager is rude and you could hear the staff talking about... the customers in the drive thru speaker. NEVER EVER again. There?s another Wendy?s on Cerrillos. Read more

Don?t even bother stopping here. 3 of the last four times we have stopped here the gas station, Wendy?s or both has been closed.... This is easy to get in with a truck and trailer and used to be our favorite stop, but it?s ridiculous now. Maybe open, maybeclosed, may only have drive thru open. Churches chicken next door same, only drive thru was open. We will not ever stop hereagain. Read more
Very poor service! No help at the drive thru window. We were told to wait 1 second, and waited 10 minutes plus, with no one in... front of us, and still got no service, plus we tried to ask for help and no one responded, just looked at us through the windowand didn?t help us. Do not recommend this fast food restaurant. Read more
