First was quoted a wrong price, then we had her check order, then another came and we told our order. It wasn't that hard. Then... received our correct payment due. Git home order was all wrong. Didn't get 2 item requested. And them my CC informed me I wascharged with another amount. I called up there, spoke with manager. Told her how disappointed I was with everything. Been thereseveral times and never had such a mess. She wasn't happy with it either but she said I will get a credit back on that 2ndcharge. Yes, I will be watching for it. Read more
The chicken and the rolls are delicious. The sides aren't that good, but the chicken makes up for that. Their staff is always... friendly here. I don't eat here as often as I would like to, because they're expensive. Frankly, they're borderline overpriced.I can take my family to Outback Steakhouse for dinner and the total is only about $10 more than our total for a family sizedorder of chicken tenders and two sides at Chicken Express. Very disappointed with this place! I ordered a 7 piece strip. Should have checked the box before I left the store. The strips... were about the size of a ball point pen and were extremely over cooked to the point of being inedible! Absolutely horrible!!!!! Read more
Imagine going to eat here walk-in, place your order, get your receipt and sit at the table. Manager approaches and says you... haven't paid. Manager accuses you of stealing. Manager pulls the register goes and counts finds out we did pay. All with fakeapology. She was sad she wasn't correct in her assumption. Lost our appetite and threw the food away. I've been here twice and have enjoyed the chicken both times. The sides are hit or miss. Corn on the cob was delicious and... fresh, mash potatoes obviously instant mix, the first time I came they forgot one of my orders of fish and hush puppies. So thisis a mixed review. With some better management they can really turn this thing around. But as of now this is a slightly positivereview but make sure to check if they gave you everything you ordered before leaving.
