The fries in Carl's Jr are always hot and crispy. Very good.
Every time I order food from here in the drive-through they always take my order take my money and then ask me to move and park... in the parking to wait for my food at which point they take 15+ minutes to bring out the food. This Carl's Jr sucks. I come to order biscuit sausage for breakfast and they said they don't have any biscuits. This is the 3rd... time they did this. They are lazy and don't want to make fresh biscuits they only want to microwave food from yesterday. Read more
Good food BUT great customer service. I was in drive through during lunch, I left in a hurry and forgot my debit card. Called... back and they had it, when I went for it, they had placed it into their safe so it took a few minutes to get it to me.Definitely appreciate that my card was stored away in their safe. The worst thing is to get home with the food you ordered and paid for to find out they didn't complete your Burger. (Missing ... Cheese, Mayo, onions and tomatoes.) I got buns, meat, mustard and lettuce on my double super star with cheese... And to top itoff I was the only customer there. How could they get it wrong???
