The SLOWEST in-person service ever!! I decided to go inside because there was a long line in the drive-thru. There was only 1... customer inside that went in. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a breakfast burger. A guy that came in after me got his foodbefore the lady and myself; they got through the long line in the drive-thru plus a few more cars, and I STILL had not gotten myfood. When i asked how much longer, he got upset. Like come on man, y'all had 2 customers inside with small orders. Took over 15mins, and the lady that was ahead of me was STILL waiting when I left. Awesome experience. I'm a commercial driver and obviously my 13'6" truck won't fit through a 9' max drive thru so I have to walk... up to the window to order at fast food places. Usually the employees are okay with this and sometimes I get turned away, whichAMAZES me... This location made me feel very welcome with my unique situation, let me order at the window while on foot and madeall my food hot and fresh which was super super awesome. Even said I was always welcome at that location with my big truck,definitely earned my business every time I have a delivery in Santa Fe Springs. 5 years in fast food service myself, 3 as aclosing manager and the GM of this store should be super proud of their closing crew. Went today 6/30/21 for my lunch hour, I always order my fav which is the Chicken Club in a lettuce wrap. When I get to my... destination to eat it and take a bite and it was not only not what I ordered but it was salty and dry, slopped with so muchMayo. I called to complain about the burger having too much salt and being bland. Someone answered and ?didn?t hear me? so Ihung up to call back and conveniently the line was busy and I called 5 times and the line was still ?busy? simply horrible. Iliked this place until today. Ordered the original $6.00 burger for lunch today, the quality of this burger place wasn't there. The taste was bland for some... reason, looked like something was missing with this hamburger. They always get my order wrong. This time I brought it back because what I got wasn't a jalapeno burger and it had ketchup on... it... the second attempt at the jalapeno burger was still sad. The southwest sauce or whatever they put on it was about 1teaspoon or less on the bottom side and the top was dry. Read more
