Terrible customer service. Food was not made and we sat in the dining room lobby for over 20 minutes waiting on food we paid... for. When we asked about the food, the cashier grabbed the person in charge they were rude and acted like we were a botherasking about the food. They did not offer to make the food or apologize, just made an excuse that they did not know whathappened even though the manager watched the cashier take our order and watched us sitting in the lobby for over twenty minuteswaiting when he decided to take a break and eat a salad. Do not go here, total waste of time and staff was incredibly rude. If icould give a negative star, I would. Very rude staff. Read more
Great place, love eating at farmer boys. It's my gi to for breakfast for the hog breakfast burrito or for lunch for the farmers... burger... only issue is, like all fast food places is that they sometimes get the order wrong or forget to put in an item...other than that, still a great place to eat... Authentic American fresh veggies you name it they got it, menus are topnotch, chicken,beef, veggies are all fresh I tried all... menus since they are located cross street from my business shop, they knew me well ,and all servers and management areprofessional and well trained.very neat and tidy restaurant. We have been to this location before, as it is the only one in the local area and closest. Bryan took our order and I could not... believe he was allowed to interface with customers. The other staff watched as he did the worst possible job of taking ourfamily order and did not come to help us or him. We felt he didn't know the menu and was not taking his position seriously,while we had hungry kids to feed. We offered our app coupon as well and he kept saying that he could not look at it until heknew if our order was to go for dine in. I informed him many times it was to dine in and he did not seem to comprehend. When wefinally made it through his difficult ordering process, we still had to pay for extra fries that were missing, even though ourcoupon was for free fries. I brought this up to another employee delivering the food, and showed her our receipt, inquiring whywe had to pay for so many fries when we were supposed to get one free and she offered to refund one fry. The amount in questionwas $3.99 plus tax, but the nightmare did not end there. She came back and said we got all the fries ordered and argued with mywife to the point that we just ate our food and left. No refund, no enjoyable family meal and I can tell you, the end of myFarmer Boys app use and visits. Sadly, any business who argues with a customer over a $3.99 fry has lost sight as to why theyare in business. Sadly disappointed in this location and staff giving Farmer Boys such a bad name. I like the food at this place, don't go to often The wait is kinda long if your in a hurry but the food is worth it. Why 3 stars... not five, well this particular Farmer Boys needs to check their smile meter on their helpers it couldn't hurt to smile at yourcostumers and when you see you have a costumer it would be nice to acknowledge them and not act like you don't see my big 5 foot1/2 190 pound body standing right in front of you for like 20 minutes or more while your standing over where I can see youchatting with your friend. What happened to costumer service. So that my pet peeve for the day, good very good food but needswork in people skills and the waiting ID like my salad fresh not wilted by the time get it. ???????????????????????????? Read more
Aside from the long wait, I understand it's all fresh to order, but when you get the order wrong and expect to wait more? And... more so when the employees have no empathy. Even if they got the order wrong. The flavor and amount of food is good though. Read more
My family and I made it right at closing and were served! I really appreciate that as we were away from home, and don't have a... Farmer Boys near us. My family decided on dinning here. We tried to get there quickly, but knew we were cutting it close toclosing time. We were allowed to order, which was to my surprise. Our food came fresh and our service was friendly. So good tosee in a time where other businesses are closing before posted times and turning away customers. We will choose Farmer Boysagainwhen in the area. Read more
Was disappointed with today's experience. Decided to dine in today, but was not expecting to wait over +30 min for burger and... fries. Felt like I was a guest waiting for food from the losing team from Hells Kitchen. Fries on point but burger didn't tasteas good as normally does, taste was 7out10. Probably will stick to the LA Habra location on next visit. Read more
