This is my go-to Starbucks right by my job. I ordered ahead on the app avoid the waiting Today 10/18 6:28am i arrived to pick up... my order a grande Americano in a venti cup with a splash of oatmilk the barista heavier set Hispanic girl was super rude anddidn't not have my order ready cause according to her the Americano with a splash of oatmilk was consider a latte and told menext time I should order a latte she made me wait 10 minutes while she made my drink a half empty cup she put the smallestamount of oatmilk I paid extra 89cent for the oatmilk Horrible ill drive the extra 5 minutes to another Starbucks to avoid thisone. The drink was fine but the snacks were old & nasty. Never again. I don't even know what that is that's burnt on the cookie but... it's not sweet... Disgusting... I paid money for that. Smh! Coffee is what you expect for Starbucks. This location seems to be very busy. I waited for a while to get my order of just a... basic coffee. The baristas are very welcoming and attentive. When I approached barrista (Monique and Torri) to request my coffeeshe apologized and brought me a larger size. Ambient music is upbeat yet a bit loud. The location could benefit from an outsideseating area. Coffee is good but if you are like me and order a basic coffee ask for it on the spot instead of waiting. Niceambiance. Read more
