What is wrong with coffee places when staff can't handle more than 1 item at a time per customer. I ordered a cappuccino and... bagel. I got the bagel within a couple minutes but waited nearly 15 minutes for a cappuccino that was completely forgotten. Itry to support small businesses but cannot when the customer is completely forgotten about. I was a loyal customer and reallyenjoyed Taliza but am not coming back because the service was unsatisfactory. I did get a refund and the server who forgot mycappuccino needs to seriously take a class in people skills because she was as rude AF and did not even apologize. You lost a 3year loyal customer. I'm going over the Coffee Code across the street and hopefully will not encounter rude and terribleservice. Read more

The breakfast burrito was great! The food options here are much better than most coffee shops. Our lattes seemed a little burned... or over extracted or something though. The lofi music was pleasant. I can imagine myself coming back here regularly. Read more
