This place is terrible! First off, asked to make a small mod on one of their sands and was told cant do and to take it the way... they make it! What? Excuse me! If it wasn't for being stuck in the drive through I would of just left and went to popeye's.Ordered anyways because we were starving, 2 sand meals and when we got to the window, we were told to go wait in customerparking where we waited at least another 20 mins or so before we got our food. The lettuce on the chicken sands was wilted, asingle slice of tomatoe so thin you could literally see through it and the waffle fries were undercooked and soggy. Cant anybodyget fries right!Really did not expect this from such an iconic brand. Oh well, never again in Santa Maria. Read more
This location has been going downhill recently they make lots of mistakes on the orders I ordered a salad and they couldn?t be... bothered to slice the chicken and they didn?t provide me with any knife. It was a major inconvenience because I got my salad inthe drive-through and I was on my lunch break so that was fun. Read more
Pre- ordered a 28pc Kids meal for a birthday party at school. Pick up time was supposed to be 8:30am - got all my orders at... 8:45. Drove off to my daughter?s school to drop the food for the kids, I went to check the bag and they forgot the drinks forthe kids. ALL bags had no drinks. Unacceptable. I had to drive back and was almost late for the time that the class was supposedto eat the meals. No apologies whatsoever was said when I came back. So many staffs but they failed to check the order, mind youthat this is a bigger order that I would assume they would double check everything. So disappointed! Read more
Update 9/7/22 Whats going on Chick fil A?? Yalls got my salad wrong 2 times in a row now!!!!! 1st salad had wrong dressing and... no fork! ???? 2nd one, no spicy grilled chicken, on top of that my chicken isnt cut AND missing all the fruit?!?!? Where all mystrawberries, apples, and blueberries?! Yalls skimpin' on the portion too. I know you could do better. I noticed you guys areforgetful and always give us half full fries.. Read more
In my opinion you can?t go wrong stopping here to grab some food. My wife grew up in Santa Maria and this location is new here.... We were driving back to our house and stopped to grab some food. I got a milkshake my kids got some ice cream cones we mighteven throw some chicken McNuggets in there. Maybe even a cookie. There?s a ton of parking here at this location so that?s supernice. The staff was very friendly while we were there. They had a couple issues with our order and I was a little questionableand how it was going to turn out but like Chick-fil-A does they always make things right. My son was really excited to becausewe?ve been driving for a couple hours that the kids play area was open. I?ll definitely come back here again. Read more
A fast food chain mainly does chicken, it was my first visit to this chain and was pleasantly surprised. As a family we had 4... different meals and each was as expected. Staff here we're very friendly, toilets were clean and plenty of parking. Read more
Chick Fil A is not what it used to be. Some of the employees are rude to the customers and they keep forgetting stuff. This is... not great service that the restaurant demonstrates. Fries are usually half-full and chicken is dry. They gave me regular insteadof diet soda, in which I have a sugar limit and sometimes it makes me feel dizzy. Please improve your food and customer service.I used to like it, but I don't. It has gone downhill. Read more
Great for a fast food place. Stellar service. -1 star because we usually come to town on Sundays to shop and they're closed. And... Popeye's still has the better spicy chicken sandwich though ;-) Read more
