I love the food here, this is the first time I have been to the new Betteravia location. Have to say that I liked the atmosphere... at the old location better. This one was not very clean at all, drink area where they keep the utensils, first off, was hard tofind. Second, it was kind of nasty, like it needed some attention. I have been to at least two dozen chipotle locations but none have been so bad. Multiple times, this location ran out of... fajitas, lettuce, corn, and chips all at the same time. This is not made apparent to you when you enter, only after you?vewaited in line. They still expect you to pay full price despite this location?s repeated failures to meet customerdemand. We?re not exactly sure what?s going on at this location but we all agree that it is anomalous and deleterious to theChipotle brand image. Read more
The restaurant had two people inside eating and 2 people outside eating. Nobody in line before or after us. The place was... filthy! They had around 4 employees hanging out by office talking and joking. Server came to make our burritos and nevercleaned the counter before preparing our food. The one picture you can see him making my burrito off to the side of the sloppedon mess. You can scroll in and see dirty grill. Every table inside and had food particles on it. Drink area lemonade empty,the other 3 didn?t have labels. There was spilled liquid, straw papers, napkins littering the area and floors. Food looked old,guacamole was almost empty, along with lettuce. We paid for food and promptly returned it, uneaten. Read more
This was my first visit to this location. It was a little busy but I have to give credit to all the employees here for being so... efficient and pleasant. All of the servers were attentive and made sure that my order was just right by confirming it till thevery end. The new location is perfect, there is parking and it isn?t super crowded anymore. The staff was friendly and professional, and I... was in and out of the store in no time! 5/5 Stars will go again. However when checking the location on google maps it put thelocation about 500 yards west of its actual location, please fix this issue. Other than that, I will definitely be back Read more

They were out of most things and employees are disinterested in helping you. Laughing And talking amongst themselves while... customers wait for them. We were asked to step To the side to Wait for steak then they went ahead and served others steak.Service is horrible since they switched to this location I won?t be back Read more
Disappointed, first time eating @ new location. More than half the tables had either food or were dirty. Mistake #2 - waiting... in line for 20 mins to place our order, only to find they were out of wife's fav. Additionally, wife asked cashier for strawssince none @ fountain machine. Wife rudely told there "over there." Wife had to explain they were out... We spent almost an hourinstore, only 5 mins before leaving did they make attempt to clean tables & trash. It really sux that so many convincerestaurants (by no means was this fast food) food is delicious, but service SUX, no pride in your work anymore. Read more
